Orders must be received by Thursday at midday. Saturday Delivery is not available for large and/or heavy items.

We can ship items outside of Europe, but we will need to contact you to give you a custom shipping quote, and to arrange delivery. Please email us shop@one.world for more details.

 

How long do deliveries take?

Delivery times depend on what you order and where you are.
Small items for UK delivery: 3-5 working days
Large items for UK delivery: 15-20 working days
Small items for European delivery: 10-12 working days
Large items for European delivery: 20-25 working days
Rest of World delivery: please email to discuss

Small Items – Lamps, shades and accessories

Large Items – Furniture (includes chairs & stools). Please refer to the product page to find out if the product is a large or small item. Note that large items will need to be booked in with you for delivery.

What is your return policy?

You are welcome to return any item providing that it was delivered within the last 30 days and all original packaging is intact. To find out more about our returns and to download our returns form please click here.

What does shipping cost?

It depends on the value of your order and where you require the goods to be shipped to. Please have a look at our shipping terms below (they look more complicated than they are).

Please note: All prices are exclusive of VAT.

UK Mainland

  • £500 minimum order.
  • £750 carriage paid on all orders that can be palletised.
  • 10% carriage charge on orders less than £750.
  • For non palletised orders there is a £75 fee for a two man delivery service. This includes single furniture items over £750.
  • Please note our two man delivery service may take up to 3 weeks depending on your location.

Northern Ireland + Scottish Highlands + Channel Islands + Isle of Man
£850 minimum order. 10% carriage charge on orders between £850 – £3250. 5% carriage charge on orders between £3250 – £6500. Free shipping on all orders over £6500.

Please note there may be an additional surcharge depending on your location and the overall weight of the order.

Europe + Republic of Ireland
€2k minimum order. 10% carriage charge on orders between €2k – €5k. 5% carriage charge on orders between €5k – €8k. Free shipping on all orders over €8k.

Please note there may be an additional surcharge depending on your location and the overall weight of the order.

Rest of the World
If you are not in the UK and Europe, then that’s not a problem – we can get a quote to ship to you wherever you are in the world. Alternatively, you may already have your own carrier setup in Europe. Just let us know where and we can deliver according to the rates above…

 

Do you accept returns?

Sadly, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on trade orders – but hopefully this shouldn’t matter and you love our pieces as much as we do.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you are no longer able to cancel or amend the order. However, in the unlikely event that you must cancel, please contact us as soon as possible to see if we can help. But please note, there will be a cancellation/restocking fee.

 

What if an item is damaged when I receive it?

We hope this won’t be the case – but if you do happen to receive any damaged items then please fill out our online claims form and submit it to us within 7 days of receipt of your delivery. We do also require images of any items that are damaged.

Please note claims received after 7 days will not be accepted.

 

When will I get my order?

Our delivery times depend largely on when you place your order. We try to pick all orders within a few days of you placing your order – but this can sometimes vary depending on stock availability, and busier times of the year (often in and around trade fairs). We will try and keep you informed when our warehouses are at their peak and deliveries are slower than we would like. 

Please note our two man delivery service can take up to 3 weeks depending on your location.

 

Where is the Chessington Warehouse?

If you selected Free Pickup from our Chessington Warehouse at checkout. The team will be in touch to book a collection time with you.

Collections will not be available unless you have arranged a booking time with the warehouse. Unfortunately you will be turned away if you attempt to collect outside of your arranged time slot.
