What does shipping cost?
Delivery depends on the shipping destination and the value of your order.

Orders containing a large and/or heavy item will be delivered by a two-man team and will incur a £35 delivery surcharge. This item might take up to 2 weeks for delivery.
UK Mainland Saturday Delivery

Orders must be received by Friday at midday. Saturday Delivery is not available for large and/or heavy items.
Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland

Europe and Republic of Ireland

We can ship items outside of Europe, but we will need to contact you to give you a custom shipping quote, and to arrange delivery. Please complete your order, and we will be in contact, alternatively, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
How long do deliveries take?
Delivery times depend on what you order and where you are.
Small items for UK delivery: 3-5 working days
Large items for UK delivery: 7-10 working days
Small items for European delivery: 7-10 working days
Large items for European delivery: 10-14 working days
Rest of World delivery: please call to discuss
Small Items – Lamps, shades and accessories
Large Items – Furniture (includes chairs & stools). Please refer to the product page to find out if the product is a large or small item.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy for all of our items. We ask that any item comes back in its original packaging and in the same condition as when we sent it. Small items can be sent by Royal Mail or any courier service of your choice but please ensure that you have a proof of postage. We can arrange for furniture items to be collected, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund amount. Please contact us on the email below to arrange this option.

What does shipping cost?
It depends on the value of your order and where you require the goods to be shipped to. Please have a look at our shipping terms below (they look more complicated than they are).
Please note: All prices are exclusive of VAT.
£500 minimum order. £750 carriage paid. 10% carriage charge on orders less than £750.
If your order contains a large and/or heavy item there will be a £50 surcharge unless you order 3 or more such items. Alternatively, you can opt to use our excellent two-man delivery service who will deliver directly to your customer’s home. This service is £75 and you can send as many items as you want. This item might take up to 2 weeks for delivery.
Northern Ireland + Scottish Highlands + Channel Islands + Isle of Man
£850 minimum order. 10% carriage charge on orders between £850 – £3250. 5% carriage charge on orders between £3250 – £6500. Free shipping on all orders over £6500.
Europe + Republic of Ireland
€2k minimum order. 10% carriage charge on orders between €2k – €5k. 5% carriage charge on orders between €5k – €8k. Free shipping on all orders over €8k.
Rest of the World
If you are not in the UK and Europe, then that’s not a problem – we can get a quote to ship to you wherever you are in the world. Alternatively, you may already have your own carrier setup in Europe. Just let us know where and we can deliver according to the rates above…
Do you accept returns?
Sadly, we’re unable to accept returns on trade orders – but hopefully this shouldn’t matter and you love our pieces as much as we do.
When will I get my order?
Our delivery times depend largely on when you place your order. We try to pick all web orders within a few days of you placing your order – but this can sometimes be longer during busy times of the year (often in and around trade fairs). We will try and keep you informed when our warehouses are at their peak and deliveries are slower than we would like.
What if an item is damaged when I receive it?
We hope this won’t be the case – but if you do happen to receive any damaged items then please fill out our online claims form and submit it to us within 7 days of receipt of your delivery. We do also require images of any items that are damaged.
Where is the Cranleigh Warehouse?
If you selected Free Pickup from Cranleigh Warehouse at checkout, please email us to book in a collection slot. The warehouse is located in Cranleigh, Surrey and we will send full address details when you have booked in your collection.
