Delivery & Returns

Once your order is placed, our team will prepare your items for dispatch and you’ll receive tracking details as soon as they’re on their way.

If your order contains pre‑order items, we’ll ship all available products right away so you don’t have to wait.

We’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If something isn’t quite right, simply send it back to us in its original condition.

UK Mainland

UK Mainland Standard Delivery - £6.95

Our Standard Delivery service usually arrives within 2–3 working days, unless a longer lead time is noted on the product page.

The courier will provide you with delivery updates and tracking information once the goods have been despatched.

This option is available for Mainland UK orders that do not contain Large or Fragile items.

Delivery will be attempted twice, after this the item will be returned to us.

UK Mainland Next Day Delivery - £12.95

Place your order before midday, Monday to Thursday, for next working day delivery.
Orders placed after midday on Thursday will be delivered on the following Monday.
Please note: Bank Holidays are treated as non-working days.

The courier will provide you with delivery updates and tracking information once the goods have been despatched.

Next Day Delivery is not available for:

  • Extra Large, Large or Fragile items
  • Pre-order items

UK Large & Fragile Delivery - £29

Large and Fragile items require a specialist 2-Man courier service.

Delivery can take up to 2 weeks, but the courier will contact you within 3–5 working days to arrange a convenient delivery date.

They will contact you directly via text and/or email to offer a delivery slot, please be aware that the delivery slots are limited and based on their availability and capacity, so please do ensure you respond back to their offer as soon as possible.

UK Extra Large Delivery - £49

Extra-Large items require a specialist 2-Man courier service.

Delivery can take up to 2 weeks, but the courier will contact you within 3–5 working days to arrange a convenient delivery date.

They will contact you directly via text and/or email to offer a delivery slot, please be aware that the delivery slots are limited and based on their availability and capacity, so please do ensure you respond back to their offer as soon as possible.

On the day, your item will be delivered to the room of your choice, and the courier can remove all packaging if you prefer.

UK Assembly Service - £39

Some of our larger pieces are designed with simple at‑home assembly in mind, and for selected Extra‑Large items we’re pleased to offer a professional assembly service. If your item qualifies, this option will appear at checkout for an additional £39.

Collection from our Chessington Outlet - FREE

You’re very welcome to collect your order from our Chessington Outlet.

Scottish Highlands

Standard Delivery: £19.95 – delivery usually within 5 working days

One or Two-Man Deliveries: £295 – required on fragile or large items. Delivery can take up to 3 weeks, but the courier will contact you in advance to arrange a
convenient delivery date.

Please note that we cannot deliver to the Scottish Islands, but you are welcome. to organise collection from our Chessington Outlet.

Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and International Shipping

We do not currently offer delivery services to your location, but you are always welcome to organise collection from our Chessington Outlet.

Returns Policy

At One.World, we hope you'll love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, you're welcome to return your item within 30 days of delivery.

Simply complete the returns form below, pack your item securely in its unused, original conditon and packaging. Send it back to us using a suitable courier of your choice. You'll be responsible for the return postage and for ensuring the item reaches us safely to the below address:

Fragile and heavy items must be returned using an appropriate specialist courier. You remain responsible for the item(s) until safely received by us — items damaged in transit due to inadequate carriage or packaging will not be refunded.

Once your return arrives with us, it will be carefully inspected and processed usually within 7 days. A full refund will then be issued to your original payment method, excluding any delivery charges. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear, depending on your payment method. Please note that items returned not in original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Faulty or Damaged Items

In the rare event your item arrives faulty or damaged, our team is here to look after you.

Please email shop@one.world with your order number and a photograph of the concern so we can review this for you straight away.

Once we’ve confirmed the fault, we’ll arrange the next steps for you
