Creative Events at One.World
Join artist Bella Franks for a relaxed and creative introduction to the art of Indian woodblock printing.
Over this 2-hour workshop, you’ll design your own simple motif and learn how to print it by hand using traditional wooden blocks, colourful inks and the satisfying rhythm of pattern and repetition.
You’ll experiment with colour, composition and pattern before creating your own unique printed piece on a tote bag, pouch or tea towel to take home or gift to a friend.
The process is hands-on, mindful and absorbing - a perfect creative crafty morning for all the family to enjoy in the welcoming space at One World.
All materials are provided and no previous experience is needed.
Ticket price: £40, which includes a welcome drink and nibbles.
Date: 7th November 2026.
Time: 10am - 12pm.
Location: One.World, 41-43 Parsons Green Ln, London SW6 4HH.
Food & Drink: The One.World café will be open during the event serving drinks and bar snacks.

Bella Franks is an artist and art educator based between London and Brighton.
Bella is passionate about making art accessible and enjoyable for all. Her workshops focus on the mindful, restorative benefits of creativity. She creates relaxed, welcoming sessions that encourage guests to experiment and have fun with materials in a supportive environment.
Her teaching style blends traditional artistic practice with an intuitive, contemporary approach, making her workshops engaging for both beginners and those with more experience. Bella is known for her positive, encouraging energy and her ability to help people build confidence through art.
She delivers workshops in museums, galleries, members’ clubs, studios and design-led spaces, as well as hosting creative retreats and painting holidays in Greece and Italy.
