Any problems? Just return it to us within 30 days of receipt, no questions asked.

UK Mainland

UK Mainland Standard Delivery - £6.95

Our Standard Delivery service usually arrives within 2–3 working days, unless a longer lead time is noted on the product page.

This option is available for Mainland UK orders that do not contain Large or Fragile items.

UK Mainland Next Day Delivery - £12.95

Place your order before midday, Monday to Thursday, for next working day delivery.
Orders placed after midday on Thursday will be delivered on the following Monday.
Please note: Bank Holidays are treated as non-working days.

Next Day Delivery is not available for:

  • Large or Fragile items
  • Orders containing products with extended lead times (as specified on the product page)

UK Large & Fragile Delivery - £29

Large and Fragile items require a specialist courier service.

Delivery can take up to 2 weeks, but the courier will contact you within 3–5 working days to arrange a convenient delivery date.

On the day, your item will be delivered to the room of your choice, and the courier can remove all packaging if you prefer.

UK Extra Large Delivery - £49

Extra-Large items require a specialist courier service.

Delivery can take up to 2 weeks, but the courier will contact you within 3–5 working days to arrange a convenient delivery date.

On the day, your item will be delivered to the room of your choice, and the courier can remove all packaging if you prefer.

Collection from our Chessington Outlet - FREE

You’re very welcome to collect your order from our Chessington Outlet.

Please wait until you receive your Order Collection Email before arriving – this is usually within 24 hours.

Scottish Highlands

Standard Parcels: £19.95 – delivery usually within 3–5 working days

One or Two-Man Deliveries: £295 – required on fragile or large items. Delivery can take up to 2 weeks, with a call 3–5 days before to book your date.

Please note that we cannot deliver to the Scottish Islands, but you are welcome. to organise collection from our Chessington Outlet.

Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and International Shipping

We do not currently offer delivery services to your location, but you are always welcome to organise collection from our Chessington Outlet.

Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if you change your mind, you’re welcome to return any item within 30 days of delivery, provided it's in its original packaging and condition.
