Retail Customers


UK Mainland Standard Delivery

Cost: £6.95
 Our Standard Delivery service usually arrives within 2–3 working days, unless a longer lead time is noted on the product page.
 This option is available for Mainland UK orders that do not contain Large or Fragile items.

 

 

UK Mainland Next Day Delivery

Cost: £12.95
 Place your order before midday, Monday to Thursday, for next working day delivery.
 Orders placed after midday on Thursday will be delivered on the following Monday.
 Please note: Bank Holidays are treated as non-working days.

Next Day Delivery is not available for:

  • Large or Fragile items

  • Orders containing products with extended lead times (as specified on the product page)

 

 

UK Large & Fragile Delivery

Large, Fragile, and Extra-Large items require a specialist courier service.
 Delivery can take up to 2 weeks, but the courier will contact you within 3–5 working days to arrange a convenient delivery date.

On the day, your item will be delivered to the room of your choice, and the courier can remove all packaging if you prefer.

Delivery cost depends on the item size and service needed:

  • Large or Fragile (One-Man Delivery): £29

  • Extra Large (Two-Man Delivery): £49

Cost: Free
 You’re very welcome to collect your order from our Chessington Showroom.
 Please wait until you receive your Order Collection Email before arriving – this is usually within 24 hours.

Scottish Highlands

  • Standard Parcels: £19.95 – delivery usually within 3–5 working days

  • One or Two-Man Deliveries: £295 – delivery can take up to 2 weeks, with a call 3–5 days before to book your date.

 

 

International Delivery

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Europe or the Rest of the World at this time.

However, you're welcome to:

  • Collect from our Chessington Showroom, or

  • Arrange your own courier, or

  • Use a forward shipping service within Mainland UK.

Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if you change your mind, you’re welcome to return any item within 30 days of delivery, provided it's in its original packaging and condition.
