Blending apple juice, banana and pineapple with leafy greens, lime and warming ginger, this smoothie delivers brightness, balance and nourishment in every sip. It’s a simple combination, but one that works beautifully — sweet without being overpowering, fresh without feeling sharp.

If you’re not able to visit us in person, we’ve created a home smoothie recipe inspired by our in-store Green Smoothie.

Ingredients (Serves 1)

150ml apple juice
1 ripe banana
½ cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
1 small handful kale (stems removed)
Juice of ½ lime
½ tsp fresh ginger, grated (adjust to taste)
A few ice cubes (optional)

Method

Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth and vibrant green.
Taste and adjust lime or ginger as needed.
Serve immediately.

A simple note on balance

This smoothie is naturally sweetened by fruit, lifted by citrus and gently warmed by ginger.
